You can both push me over and break me in half.
5'8" and just under 120. And I recently gained about five lbs.
I'm not all bad though, am I? So don't hurt me too much, okay?

Big bones damn it....Big bones !!!!!!
Hey , I used to be skinny (for me anyways). A pultry 215 back when I played hockey 4 times a week and worked out 3 times a week. God its was good to not have responsiblities..... But then I got married and god forbid I play hockey 4 times a week and work out ?!?
You kidding me , hell I had 2 full time jobs at one point because she was pregnant. And then divorce
All that adds up to me being lazy, depressed and then lazy again. But hopefully me and tynstar will get this workout program onto a regular schedule and everything will be back to normal.
In the mean time though.... "Get in my belly"
Seriously though , I am built simular to Scott and I guess Den only taller

Isnt that the size of a petite woman or girl ?
I guess I shouldnt talk considering I am almost enough to play cneter on a offensive line :-[
But it does help when I play goalie and they have less of a net to shoot on

I'm 5'10" and somewhere around 200 lbs. Most of the muscle that I built up working out is slowly disappearing because I'm lucky to get to the gym once a week anymore.

I'm just a stocky little bastard.
5'4" ish
170ish
Last i knew i was around 172 and i generally loose or gain a few pounds up and down every month.
The thing that sucks is no matter how much working out i use to do i would always stay at about the same weight.
When i played football i dropped to about 165. Quit football gained to about 180.
Started sit ups and pushups again recently and have been hovering between high 160s to low 170s.
If i still had my wieghts i could start to bulk up a bit more but no big deal.
I have never looked huge though. When i start to get a real gut going i do my best to get a general routine going which i always have to stop for one reason or another.

using you as a moral compass is kinda weird. It's like asking a thief if it's okay to steal something.

Probably. The girls I have dated were all in the 100 to 125 range. Nothing wrong with actually being in the same weight class as your significant other. Always seemed pretty normal to me, actually.

Cool Nep , I hope that didnt offend :-[
I used to do 400 - 500 sit ups a night when I was a gym / rink rat. But it doesnt take that many to regulate any "chub". I have started slow again
I am currently making sure I do 50 a night...... Not alot , but if you increase the amount at least once a month unitl you get to the point you want then you can achieve anything !

I started filling out when I was in sixth or seventh grade. I've been 5'11" since grade school, size twelve shoe since then too. in 8th grade I was around 160. I graduated high school around 190. since the early 90's I've bounced between 220 and 250.
I'd like to lose some weight, it's starting to take it's toll on my joints when I play hockey or other sports. I'm still pretty quick and agile for my size but my knees and ankles are starting to let me know they are not happy with the load forced on them during quick stops, starts and turns.

I started making sure i got 50 a night about 2 weeks ago. Before that it was just "I'll get around to it"
Same as you i am just going to move up as i go.
Do some other stuff semi regularly.
I really need to get another bench though. I really enjoyed doing that and was able to increase strength relatively quickly (10 pounds a week until i was benching 10 more pounds than i weighed) and kept me in better shape than situps or pushups ever have.

Not at all. I actually rather like being this size and weight. I wouldn't want to gain an ounce. It's great because it gives me more physical flexibility and energy. Plus, when I go caving, I get to go down passages nobody else gets to, because I'm the only one who can fit down them. Being this thin just helps a lot with maneuverability, and there's less of me to carry around to destroy my bones.
