Aparently the quality of cable internet varies quite a lot from region to region.  Here in Cincy, Road Runner is the best option (well, at least until Current gets their act together).  However, I have been told by people in Columbus, OH that Road Runner is very sketchy, and that the DSL offering up there is better.  Since you have been having trouble with the local cable ISP, you may want to check out DSL.  

Being disconnected for no apparent reason seems very, very odd.  Have they not given you a reason or was the reason they stated bogus?

Well, that was by far the worst week ever. Never been in more constant mental and physical pain before. If anyone's interested I'll open a thread about it.

Has anyone else noticed a decline in board activity since Christmas?  I guess that should be expected since this IS a gaming board. Tongue

People hanging out with family and playing with their news toys. Plus people not at work and don't post from home. Wink
