So, who are your favorite actors and actresses?

Personally, I gotta hand it to Brad Pitt.  He's done a great job in so many movies that I have to admit he's an awesome actor, in spite of how much I used to dislike him.

Rudolph Valentino was a great actor of the silent era, but I'd be surprised if any of you have the slightest idea who he is.  He's probably most famous for a great tango scene in "The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse," a movie about WWI.

I don't think I've ever seen a bad movie with Michael Madsen or Edward Norton. Both are very good actors.

I definitely agree that they are both awesome actors, but don't EVER see "Against All Hope."  It was Michael Madsen's first movie, in I think 1982, and it totally sucks.  It's one of the worst movies I've ever seen.  The storyline basically goes like this:  Womanizing and horrible-excuse-for-a-father alcoholic (Madsen) gets kicked out of the house after an entire lifetime of being the world's #1 jerk.  Non-religious though he is, he goes and talks to a priest in the middle of the night.  Priest tells him to love Jesus.  All of his problems are solved, he never drinks again, and his family forgives him.  They live happily ever after because he let Jesus into his heart.

Gag me with a spoon.

My favorite actor would have to be either Bruce Willis or Russell Crowe.

I don't think I have a favorite actress.  Hmmmm.  That's wierd.

Jean Reno is the greatest french actor in my book.
Bruce Lee is the greatest martial arts actor,
Bruce Cambell is the greatest ass kicker.

I can't for the life of me think of the name of an actress that I think is great other than Whatshername who played Ripley on Aliens.

Since this is a completely different kind of actor, I'm going to add:

Silent Era Favorites
Buster Keaton, Lon Chaney, and Rudolph Valentino
