I was cacking my knickers because I found a process called MOM.exe in task manager. I/TraderJake looked it up and symantec said it's a keylogger that takes screenshots. Tinfoil After some more googling I found out it's installed with Ati Catalyst Control Centre 7.2. I thought 7.2 was crap anyway because it kept messing my displays up, so I uninstalled it and went back to 7.1.

No more freezing, it seems.

MOM.exe, as provided by ATI, has to do with the Catalyst Control Center. Just looked that up.

I just took my dogs for a walk in the woods. In the car park was a hand written sign saying someone's year old dog had been attacked by some bull terriers from a white Transit type van.  Cry It said they had no collars or leads.

I bet it was pikeys.



Also, I think the walk might have been too much for my old dog. She usually puts her front paws up on the floor of the car boot and waits for me to lift her in but she couldn't even do that today. During the walk she tripped over her limp leg a couple of times. She broke her front left leg a few years ago and it never healed properly, so she can barely use it. She still enjoys her walks but I'm worried about how much longer she's going to last.
