That car picture is no good unless you got that rear wing too. That thing must be huge to clear the top of the car!

Dad had a meeting with a business to potentialy buy. I had to kill some time while he was in it, so I went to the seafront where I saw an amuseing sign and a funny Cauxhall Corsa. {Edit: Haha, Cocksall Corsa, how did that slip in? Vauxhall]

I did the whole ~500 miles on a can of Red Bullâ„¢ and no food. Red Bullâ„¢ gives you wiiiiings! I got home and had a plum danish and some beer. What a healthy diet.

I just priced tires for my truck, and it'll be $500 mounted and balanced. This is for a plain truck tire and nothing fancy at all so I understand.

$500 for four tyres? We recently replaced one tyre and an average one cost us £98. Except they didn't have £2 change for £100 cash, so we got it for £88 with £10 change.

That's what, $200 here? Wow another reason to be glad I live here.  Wink

They are 255/70R16, so nothing to big or fancy. My last tires were 35x12.5R15 and were $125 or so each without mount and balance.

Compared to some, it's not.  But tires are overpriced in general.
And these were the only decent tires I could find in my size.  Everything else was some random company's cheapo.

I was really pissed about that.
