It's supposed to rain hard today. So far, all it has done is spit. Too bad, since the area, along with most of the US is experiencing massive drought conditions right now.

Yeah, even after the rain storm Howard's Creek was still a dry creek, and I have a feeling that Dry Fork Creek isn't currently flowing, given the algae growth. Yay drought.

I can't sleep either. I woke up around 3am and haven't gone back to sleep. I will have to leave for work in an hour and I will not return home until after class tonight (after 11pm).

I had some really weird dreams last night.

I was driving around on a block of butter. Then someone in a hole in the road shouted something and the road blew up.

Then I was in a room with a bunch of other people. The room was a vertical cross section of an egg shape and kept rolling around... sort of cam shaped. It turned into a Saw (the movie) room where we had to work out puzzles to escape or we would die. I ended up kicking the wall down because it was only thin plasterboard. Once I was out I was trying to beat a ghost baby with a crowbar because it was stabbing me in the eye but the crowbar was stopping an inch before it touched the baby.

Luckily I woke up soon after. I hate having weird dreams and yet I love that they're so vivid and surreal. They make me feel odd for a while after I wake up but they take me to a world I can't imagine consciously.
