<rambling work rant>
Last night i worked with the new girl and the semi new girl.
New girl did all kinds of work and learned everything the first time she was told and had no issues with anything on her VERY FISRT NIGHT! (Intelligent, has a good personality, and easy on the eyes 2nd best employee in the store)
Not so new girl had all kinds of trouble, was slow, roamed around doing nothing, dissapeared for an hour during the fireworks show, which was across the street and her friends had open alcohol containers on the premis(a majorly fineable/arrestable offense). This girl has had 3 drive offs in the course of 2 weeks(totaling 150$s) multiple complaints for being stupid/rude/slow/ignorant/rude/not working/stupid/stupid/stupid.
The deepest most almost intelligent conversation i have had with her is:
"Isn't gay marriage legal in Mass?"
"Yes."
"Wow thats so cool."
I requested a transfer to another busier store where i have worked before and know i won't have to pick up all the slack for other idiots.
Our useless graveyard geezer also put in his 2 weeks. I hope he drives into the river.
On the plus side my current manager and assistant manager tried like hell to get me to stay since i do everything and am the only reliable employee.
