Played the XBLA demo for Contra. Made another Far Cry map. 2 down, 1 to go.

Tried out Excite Truck on the Wii at lunch today. It's definitely fun. However, I accidentally hit the power button on the Wiimote in the middle of a turn.
I do like the concept. Wii'll see how the Wii holds up for software, though. That said, I'll probably still wait at least a year before buying.

using you as a moral compass is kinda weird. It's like asking a thief if it's okay to steal something.

Played Far Cry, Test Drive: EoD, and Halo 2. All 4PSS. Thankfully, my new Far Cry maps went over well. A good time had by all.
Am I the only one, or is dual wielding needlers freakin' fun as hell in Halo 2?

I picked up Need for Speed Carbon and have been banging my way through it at night after the kids go to sleep. It's fun; different from Most Wanted, but stlll enjoyable.
I spent several hours rewiring my gaming setup upstairs last night and part of that process involves turning on each console and making sure they're wired up correctly. That led to an hour-long session of Super Off-Road for the SNES and Ghost Recon 2 for the Xbox that pretty much lasted until the early morn ...

MEDIEVAL 2 IS HERE, GOODBYE WORLD!!!!!
Really, it's awesome, I'm currently playing as England. First I secured the British Isles, Scots are tough bastards but I took em out, and now I'm cow-towing the French pansies into giving me all their territories 'fore I just exterminate them from the face of the planet, which I'm going to do at some point anyways.
I also loaded a big army onto some ships and did a sneak attack on Denmark, pwned their weakly defended capital while their big armies were elsewhere, and then I assassinated their king. The Pope called a crusade so I joined but by the time my army got there it was over so rather than take Jerusalem, which the Hungarians already had, I took Gaza.
I loves this game.
