Max Payne

Good game so far.

Good game so far, or greatest game so far?

If it weren't for the annoying dream sequences I'd be reinstalling that game every time someone mentioned it.

I know what you mean about the dreams. Damn thin red lines.

How long is the game? 15-20hrs? Do you get the A ending by getting all the scoops?

Yet another game on the shelf that I need to make time for. Tongue

I hated Dead Rising. Some people say you need to give it some time to build up your stats then play it again with more strength. I found it very frustrating, especially considering I went and saved it with a little bit of health left and miles from any kind of fill up. Great concept, but it just didn't work out for me.

Played a "little" ES4: Oblivion GOTY. This could be addicting...

Shorter I'd say 10 to 12 hours (though I wasn't paying attention).  Though I can sit around and play a practically endless amount of time just running around killing zombies.

As far as the endings go:

Ending A   Solve all cases, talk to Isabella at 10am, and return to the heleport at 12 pm on the 22nd
Ending B   Don't solve all cases and be at the heliport on time
Ending C   Solve all cases but do not talk to Isabella at 10am on the last day
Ending D   Be a prisoner of the special forces at 12 pm on the 22nd
Ending E   Dont be at the helliport and dont solve all cases
Ending F   Fail to collect all of Carlitos bombs on act 7-2

I realised I hadn't played Dead Rising since November, so I put it in again. I managed to get somewhere before saving it. I "rescued" some people who decided they'd rather do sod all and get eaten instead. The AI is pretty stupid in this game.

I beat the clown with one health bar left then I had to go a long way to get to a save point or some health and I got killed so I gave up.

Got to try out my new haul thanks to some clean up help from den:

Final Fantasy 1 on NES. (so far it's the only game that worked ok...I need to do some more serious cleaning on the NES like den suggests)
Sonic on Genesis.
Phantasy Star III on Genesis.

And played the demo for Flatout: Ultimate Carnage on the 360. This one could be really good, especially if it supports 4player split screen offline.

I FINALLY finished every race in Forza 2. So I went about buying all the cars needed for the other achievements when all of a sudden WTF?!?! I ran out of money! What a rip off. So now I have to do more races to get more money to buy the damn cars.
