I'm on unlimited so its not a problem,  but I've only on 14Mb connection so its going to take while. There's some budget deals with caps but usually there only a couple of quid cheaper than unlimited.

I've had a realization this week:  playing games on OSX is just as much a pain in the butt as playing games on a Linux distro.  I got Minecraft up and working for my son and realized that in order to install mods I had to enter command line and edit files!  Digging on the fact that OSX under the hood is basically UNIX.  Makes me feel better about OSX, I can tell you.

Some of you may have read part of this story. I think it has come to an end now.

Someone on ebay was selling "Xbox Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance BRAND NEW RARE" for 39.99 BIN O.B.O. and 4$s shipping.

I let it run all week long and kept an eye on it. Last night it had no offers still and 11 views. Several of which were me.
I offered 6$ bringing the game to a grand toal of 10$ shipped.
Earlier today i was countered with 39.98.
I countered that with 6.01.
A few hours later they declined and said "Guess you didn't take the hint that your offer was too low."

I responded with
"I have 12 copies of this game across 4 systems
http://sdrv.ms/WN7MJY
http://sdrv.ms/WN83Nd
http://sdrv.ms/WN88Ar

Guess you didn't take the hint your price was through the roof.
Maybe that is why i was the only offer several of your 11 views?"

Regrettably they have not yet responded and probably will not. I will be keeping an eye on the item to be relisted. *fingers crossed*

I've found myself doing that at times as well.  Someone on craigslist was trying to sell 3 pairs of PS3 3D glasses (which sell for $20 online) for $160 or something ridiculous.  I sent him a link to the Amazon page and told him I'd buy them for $40.  Of course, he didn't respond.    evilhappy

I think he owns a wireless mouse, not a wired mouse. Who doesn't have a wireless mouse these days?

I think he means the desk, Shadow.

Who would want that desk? Its all scratched up, I would definitely not buy one that would need to be stripped and refinished, too much work.

Speaking from experience wireless mouses suck the big one for gaming. Never want to have a battery die mid round, and the connection can glitch out right when you don't want it to.

Wired > wireless everyday.

I use a wired mouse because I'm constantly losing or dropping it and I can use the wire to retrieve it.
