I'm thinking it is an AD&D game, but not sure which.

Not a D&D title.
Hint: it's a 16-bit game.

That was only released in Japan.

Crabmaster is on the right track. It isn't Sword of Vermillion but is a MegaDrive/Genesis title.

Medieval Madness, one of the best pinball games made.
Have you tried it on the Williams collection? Awesome.

This screenshot is from the Williams collection, and you are correct. I love this and the Gottleib collection. Pinball Arcade just hit XBLA and it is the same people that did those two. I just picked it up, same engine and new tables coming similar to Pinball FX 2.

Yeah, they are good at their pinball sims alright. Enjoyed playing their Gottlieb Pinball on Wii.
