Well, that narrows it down to either N64 or Saturn. It's early 3D, which means it's likely around 1997-1998.

Maybe...though there were other players in the game around the time of the PSX...

Here's another PSX comparison:  for the price you would have spent on the console the above game belongs to (at launch), you could have bought two Playstations and a couple games at its launch.
