16-bit Console is correct, but there were no "Generic F1 Racer" games back then. They were mostly dominated by a particular racer at the time. The other picture had more details, since it was the first F1 racing title that I remember with weather effects that actually affected the driving conditions, which made you actually care what kind of tires and setup you had on the car.

Nope! Doesn't have F1 in the title at all. I'm not that terrible at picking pictures, though there aren't many racing titles for 16-bit.
