It is indeed ZombiU for the Wii U.
I read they actually wanted to hide the entire original game Zombi as a unlockable within the game, but as it was a launch title under a strict release deadline this feature never got added in.

Looks like Robocop vs. The Terminator. Really enjoyed that game, and judging by the enemy it's the MegaDrive version with the uncensored cheat enabled.

Yeah, and the cheat must be a UK thing. I live in the US and my copy was gorey as ever right out of the box/
