Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne
(aka. Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, Shin Megami Tensei: Lucifer's Call)
When Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs King Abaddon was released in Japan, it also came with a version of Nocturne where Dante was replaced with Raidou (Chronicle Edition).

Yes, and you posted the info I was going to! Other than that the original Japanese release of the game had no crossover. The version which released internationally was the Maniax version.
Basically it was like Persona 3: FES compared to the original Persona 3.

Except, of course, P3FES didn't throw boss fights at you when you least expected it.
Anyhow....

Jackie Chan the Kung-Fu Master or (Jackie Chan Firsts of Fire)

Don't question Chinese software engineers; they could turn the Megadrive into a high-powered juicer using only several lines of ASM code and some duct tape.

Correct- Jackie Chan the Kung-Fu Master.
Fists of Fire is a different game (similar to SF2 and SF2 Turbo).

Lol... I just went with PS3 since you've been posting up PS+ stuff lately.
Just getting the name of the series for this will suffice:
