My 2nd guess will be one of the Microsoft Flight Simulator games. Yeah, we're pretty much going back to the stone age of PC gaming. Only problem is, I'm not real sure which version to guess. This looks kinda modern(ish), but I'll go with Microsoft Flight Simulator 3.0.

I kinda forgot about Rogue Galaxy on the PS2. It always felt like the PS2's answer to 'Skies of Arcadia'. Level-5 is still pretty good as a developer nowadays, but now they mostly just do handheld stuff like Professor Layton.
