I think I'll start focus on collecting for the PSP. The games are reasonable priced (even the "rare" ones), the games are generally of a high quality, and there's a great pool of games from the genres I like most (tactical RPGs, JRPGs).

The one problem is a lack of definitive hardware for collectors who like physical copies of games; the fairly outdated PSP3000 as the best option available with a UMD slot. I have my trusty, modded PSP2000, but the blurry washed-out screen leaves a lot to be desired.

This begs the question: does Sony have a system that allows for the digital download of a game if you've already purchased the physical copy?

It also begs another question: should I have started my own thread for this? I think so.

Nope.  In my opinion, this is the biggest reason as to why the PSPgo failed so spectacularly.

I took the day off because my truck didn't start today, I had a dead battery so I spent all morning putting my new one in.

Fucking annoying, but hey, now I can pick up my check tomorrow!

I took yesterday off after i tripped up a set of stairs and dumped ~2 gallons of paint all over concrete steps, deck, siding, door, frame, plywood floor, my jeans/boots and trashed an 18" roller and frame.

Luckily it was early enough in the morning where the sun hadn't come over the trees.... So someone had time to run to another jobsite and grab a hose while i followed pipes in the crawlspace under the house to find a spigot in the dark. If the sun had been out it would have been an extremely expensive fall.

To add injury to stupidity i couldn't catch myself and landed on the back of my hand and shoulder.

The PSP is fun. I've picked up a lot of games for it fairly quickly after I got the system. But what's wrong with the PSP-3000? I have one and it works fine.

I'll be selling seeds this year if anyone wants some of these for themselves next year Wink

Kei cars. They're awesome, but would never work in the US.

I'm dying to get a copy of Little Samson. I have always been a patient person and yet here I am going nuts on the inside trying to get this game.

Oh, and I'm new. Hello. Wink

I got Intel Smart Response working on my system. Sweet! Smiley

Because of Smart Response, Windows thought I changed my hardware so I had to reactivate by phone. Man, what a hassle. Could they possibly use a longer number sequence for this stuff? First 9 groups of 6 digits to enter into the phone, then another 9 groups of 6 digits to enter into Windows! It almost took me 10 minutes to get all of that typed in. Undecided

Through some loophole I can finally use RF Generation as a dating site. I knew registering on Valentines day would have its benefits.
