Yep.  I was practicing the "customer service" question all week and when they finally asked the question i froze like the T 1000 in Terminator 2.  Painful.

Just took place in Cincinnati's annual "Birdathon" wherein in a 24 hour period we try to see as many different bird species as possible. We came in 3rd with 136. Great fun.
