They weren't. As a strange token of humility, not even other crowned heads or foreign princes were invited. The only notable foreign guest was Barroso, to underlign the importance of the EU...strangely Van Rompuy wasn't there, and he's from Belgium. Tongue

It's not a real coronation ceremony anyway, as there isn't even a crown. The (new) King basically swears the oath in front of parliament, and that's that. Look here. If you want the best of pomp and traditions, the British monarchy wins easily. Just look at all the coverage of the new baby.

Okay, so we can confirm that shitload is metric and fuckton is obviously Imperial (since "ton" is used and not "tonne").  Now we need a conversion formula.

UPDATE  Lol.  From the official source: "[A fuckton is] a measurement used to describe theoretical objects. Equal to exactly 2 Shitloads + 12 Assload"
