I took these pictures today.






This one would have been so much better if the crane was off to the left. But I don't think it was working to the left anyway.




This is a plane trail I took as I was getting into my car. I looked up and saw the plane halfway across then rushed to get my camera out and change the lens because the lines looked good.

First of all, this would have been absolutely perfect if she wasn't motion blurred. I'm mainly showing it for the composition.

I went to DC on Friday.  Here is a teaser.  More to come.

I went to my Gran's in the countryside for something today. She gave me the key to the church and I went up the steeple. It actually isn't as high as I thought it was. I got this panorama from up there. It was hazy and the sun was low plus more excuses ad infinitum.

I had to halve the file sizes to be able to process them, then that half size was about 19,300 pixels wide. Then I had to make it smaller and compressed to be able to upload it anywhere.

I wanted to get a picture of the bells but it's kind of hard to get a camera out of my bag when I'm standing on steps smaller than my feet in a passageway barely wider than me.
