There are cart only copies up on eBay rather often but this is the first CIB one i have seen in MANY years of looking.
I have bid on a couple loose ones.
The first time i stopped at around 10+ shipping the second times i stopped at 15ish + shipping

Only needed the game, ok quite alot of money for an NGP game but it's one of the rarest games for the system.
