Decent find at a yard sale today!

TurboExpress System (Doesn't work unfortunately - If anyone can help - PM me)

6 games for TurboGrafx 16/Turbo Express:
Keith Courage in Alpha Zones
Gunboat
Cadash
Falcon
Neutopia
Sidearms

All the games except Falcon are complete w/ case and manual.  Falcon is just the HuCard w/ a sleeve.

I paid $5 for all of it.  I REALLY wish the system worked however.

@ Mezmoron - Crash & the Boys and Princess Tomato are some of my favorite games.  I really need to find Princess Tomato.

And all that TG16 stuff at a yard sale?  The only thing I've ever found at a yard sale are ceramic geese and coffee cups that say "World's Best Grandma."  I swear in the many years I've been going to yard sales, I've never found any video game related items.  Never.  I'm jealous...nice finds!

Hehehe - I'll take some pics later and post them.  It's a shame too....It seems like the Turbo Express system is worth $60-$100 on Ebay :-(

Very nice, even if the system doesn't work it was a great deal.  Good luck on fixing it.

The wife and I went to a few garage sales today, video game wise it started out good but the rest of the sales had nothing I wanted.

two books:

How to win at Nintendo
How to win at Nintendo games 2
50 cents each

A Game Boy color game shark $1

And a U Force controller which unfortunatly didn't have the t bar thing but it was only 50 cents. It was at a church/school rumage sale, they had no idea what it was. My wife talked them down from $1 which I thought was hilarious.

Thanks Kenny for the game.

from various thrifts over the weekend...

Atari 2600 - Haunted House, Sears version - loose - 95 cents

GBC - Super Mario Bros. Deluxe - loose - 95 cents

NES - Super Sprint and Heavy Barrel - both loose - $2.92 each

guide - Gran Turismo 2 - 99 cents

How to Draw Donkey Kong and Friends - 10 cents

Mac - Pathways Into Darkness - cib - 90 cents

Tiger Handheld - Sabrina the Teenage Witch - 99 cents

PS2 - Duel Masters LE - new - $4.99 from Best Buy

and a near great score that was still a pretty good score. I found a Japanese Sega Saturn game called Cyberbots Full Metal Madness. It was a deluxe edition with some extra stuff. the game ended up being missing but for 90 cents I bought it anyway. It had a pop up poster and a hard cover book.
