My mom was supposed to work today but we got a call at around 5:00am and they said she will just be on call.  That was a pleasent suprise considering she works from 7 to 7 and her work is an hour away.

For Christmas I was given Space Megaforce-SNES, Dynamite Headdy-GG, Colony Wars-PS1, and Soul Bubbles-DS.  Got a few extra non game related stuff as well.  Got a Solty Rei DVD vol.1, Sin City-the big fat Kill, Lady Snow Blood vol.1, and a book of post cards featuring the artwork of Alex Ross showcasing DC's superheros.  Also recieved a board game, the Risk Cybertron edition.  Got 2 pairs of pants, 2 shirts, and a record player.  It wasnt a bad year as I got basicly everything I wanted and more.

No video game related gifts yet, but I did pick up a sealed copy of Persona 3 FES from Sears on clearance (which wasn't even that good of a clearance, honestly). If you've been paying attention to my pickups recently, there have been lots of sealed games that will probably stay sealed. Seems to me, that's how a video game collector who doesn't play video games should collect - for future value.

I got Professor Layton, Dragon Quest IV, Final Fantasy IV, and Kirby Super Star for the DS for Christmas, and picked up the new Prince of Persia for the Xbox 360 for $30 BNIB today, yay Boxing Day.
