Went to the new thrift store in Waterford (Society of St. Vincent de Paul--thanks Den); didn't find any games, but picked up a PS2 Intec Steering Wheel, with a Gamecube conversion cable, for $5.99.

Picked up Flight of the Intruder, Star Trek 25th Anniversary Edition, and Hydlide for NES and Tecmo Super NBA Basketball and Hardball III for $2 a piece.  The Flight of The Intruder and Strak Trek were nice pickups.

I forgot I also picked up Taiko Drum Master new for $30.  Is this a good price?  I thought this was an awesome price for this but I could be wrong.  Anyone play this game before.

sweet! welcome to the world of thrift hunting. do they carry books or records?

for me this weekend:

NES - Lunar Pool, Battle Chess - loose - $2 each

also found a bag of LCD games for 45 cents. a Tails game from a McDonalds promo, an ESPN Michael Vick football game also from a McDonalds promo and a Shark Tale game that was available in boxes of cereal, General Mills labels I think.

I also had several nice non-gaming finds. I added a number of Star Trek books to my collection and picked up about 25 episodes of Deep Space Nine and Voyager from several Dollar Generals for $2 each.

Game Crazy has these for $17.99, but most of them have been bought out.  $30 isn't bad.

Over the weekend I got the following:
Apocalypse (PS) 2.99
Dracula:  The Ressurection (PS) 2.99
Intellivision Classic Games (PS) 2.99
Wu-Tang:  Shaolin Style (PS) 2.99

Onimusha 2 (PS2) 7.50

and a bunch of random Game Boy Advanced accesories from Intec for .99 a piece that will probably never be used.  The one thing that I probably will use is an FM radio reciever.

Picked up Mortal Kombat the DVD from an Italian vendor today Smiley

Other than that it has been gifts for other people.
Like shirts and such.

I went back to Value City and bought 5 more Playstation games.  If only they would keep this sale until Friday, I would go and pick up 20 more.

Celebrity Deathmatch
Crusaders of Might and Magic
Rainbow Six:  Lone Wolf

Winnie the Pooh Preschool

PS1 - demo disk for Final Fantasy VII - .99

GBA - Pelican Rally Racer Racing Wheel - new - $1 from Deals

a driving wheel for the Gameboy? looks weird, I'm curious to try it out.
