Being sick for a few days does have its advantages when AMC runs the entire first 2 seasons of Walking Dead in order. I watched every episode except for maybe two (the second episode and maybe one in the middle that came on after I went to sleep).
If you're a fan of the show and have watched it week to week, it gives it an entirely new perspective to watch it all at once. It feels like the show is over the span of close to year when you watch it week to week, but all at once you realize its really only like a month. And its nice to actually be able to remember stuff they reference later on.

Be glad you missed the second episode. It's brutally bad. Made me stop watching the show the first time I tried, and almost made me do it the second. I don't remember which episode made me stop watching it the second time.

Been rewatching Six Feet Under with my girlfriend, and plowing through The West Wing for the first time with the girlfriends's family. SFU is one of my favorites, maybe even most favorite, and I'm loving West Wing. Super snappy dialogue, great characters, still-relevant topics. Super good.

I watched season six of Futurama while I played Napoleon: Total War yesterday. It's just not the same as the first five seasons...I can't put my finger on what it is that's not as good, it's still entertaining but there's just something missing. It's like the show had too long to examine itself and become self aware...

Started watching season 4 of The Sopranos. Saw the first two episodes. Like with any great series, it just picks up right and feels like I never went away. Even though it's been close to a year since I saw season 3.

--> Not too bad of a Western, but not that special either.

Sweet.  Love that show.

I just finished it, and I think I can say that the Tim and Eric Billion Dollar Movie should be avoided at all costs.  Especially if you start watching it on Netflix Instant Steaming and fall asleep, only to wake up to one of them getting a Prince Albert.  Man, and I could have been watching True Grit for the tenth time, too.

Are there any sites you'd recommend?

Aside from the furry/Rule 34/yaoi stuff you're into, that is...  Grin
