 Bio
A few side notes on your local slackur: Follower of Christ, imperfectly. Born and raised in the American South, I changed that as soon as I could and moved up North where I traded humidity for a few feet of snow. I've always had an intrinsic love for anything video game related. I have a college degree in Electronics and another in Industrial Instrumentation. Other college interests included fencing, DJing college radio, writing, pen-and-paper RPGs and strategy games like Battletech, computers, traveling, collectible card games including Magic: the Gathering, and music. I have a mixology certificate that does me little good since I don't drink much. I've had an odd assortment of jobs including EMT and driving an ambulance, Wal-mart, University net-op, working at a Bingo parlor, a mom-and-pop classic video games store manager, third shift retail, construction, pizza delivery, and large-chain gaming store retail, to name a few that pop into my head. I've been married for over a quarter century to a passionate, patient, understanding, and beautiful woman who also enjoys gaming and 'the hunt.' We also got a few new humans out of the deal. I currently work part time gaming retail and full time house husband, help where I can with RFGeneration, teach theology classes, putter with playing guitar, and hope to build a Gaming and Autism convention. In the near future I hope to finish one of the many novels I've started writing over the years.
 What Got Myself into Collecting?
A Commodore 64 got me into gaming, and the NES is the first system for which I began actively collecting. In two years, between savings and wheeling and dealing, I went from two games purchased by my parents to 22 games. I traded the bulk of them for a SNES, and that was it: I was hooked. Since then I've collected anything video game related. Just about anything relating to video games interests me, and I've had a lot of fun collecting the classics.
