Collection Description:
My collection focuses mostly on stuff I want to play. I'm not looking to get every game for one system, or have stuff in pristine condition in the box or anything. But I am still a collector because I want to have a large library of games and systems to choose from to play.
I'm a bit of a retro-gamer, if you couldn't tell. So a lot of my collection is stuff from older systems. I do have newer stuff like XBox 360, Wii, and Nintendo DS, but my collections for those aren't all that impressive.
Game-wise I seem to prefer Action-RPGs, Western-RPGs, Shoot-Em ups, Beat-Em Ups, and 2D Platformers. So you'll see a lot of those. I'm also a HUGE comic book fan and a longtime wrestling fan, so you'll see a lot of those games as well.
I also have this strange obsession with console & handheld hardware, I get them whenever I come across one for a good deal (if I don't already have it).
There's some gaming books, comics, and magazines in my pics, as well. I'm a nostalgia-holic, so I love coming across this kind of stuff at yard sales or the flea market.
