Be careful though they promised a lot and tried to screw him over right when his contract was about over. He loves teh kids and likes doing it but he is really home sick. Luckily, if you do your research and go through a reputable recruiting service you can decrease your chances of something like that happening. I'm going through www.asknow.ca, and they have offices in Seoul, so if something happens, they've promised to back me through whatever happens and help me out with the labor board.
Most of the problems people have come when their contracts are almost over. The law says that you're owed another month's salary at the end of 12 months, and some of the less scrupulous school directors will try and get out of paying you for that extra month.
