Pretty wiped from the first shift last night. Wasn't supposed to start helping til next weekend.
Already was asked if i could start helping out other nights too.

Might.

What do you do?

Still painting during the days picked up a shift bartending. Supposed to be every other Sunday starting next Sunday. After first night asked if I'd be willing/able to grab any other shifts.

Can you cut my hair?
"I'm busy. You know how to use the clippers."
Sure, but you won't be happy.
"You better not shave your head! I'll kill you! I'll run you over right in the driveway!"
I wasn't going to bic it. But I'm ONLY using the clippers.

5 minutes later...
"You should have just bic-ed it."
Do you want me to bic it? (her walking away) I CAN TOTALLY STILL BIC IT!

Bic-ing it AKA shaving your head completely bald with a bic razor. I could never go the Mr.clean route. Always prefer to have a little stubble left. Wouldn't want to be mistaken for Michael Berryman

I really am dumb. I've associated Bic with pens and lighters for so long, I'd forgotten they do disposable razors as well. I was actually visualizing you trying your barber skills with a pen and lighter-- which would make for a rather entertaining YouTube video. So what are you waiting for? get on it already!

Oddly enough, I recalled Bic putting out a short-lived perfume line a couple decades back.

I understand going the shaved-head route as a way of coping with male pattern baldness. But if you can still grow a full head of hair, then just let it go, man. Flaunt it in front of your buddies who've gone the Patrick Stewart route in the 20+ years since you were in high school together. Announce to them that you had to increase your shampoo budget again this month, and then express how jealous you are that they don't have to deal with such financial hardships. Sure, you'll come off like a total @$$hole by doing this, but you know they'd do the same for you if the roles were reversed. That's what friends are for, you know.

And I'm gonna sound dumb once again, but... who the hell is Michael Berryman?

If his meager IMDB bio is any indication, he sounds like a pretty interesting guy.

I've been the "hair on fire" route before. Nasty smell, though I barely felt it and absent-mindedly put it out.
