yeah I know.  I loved T&C Surf designs when I was a kid.  The Punisher and Friday the 13th aren't bad either.

Been hoping to come across The Punisher sooner or later, myself. I think they did a Game Boy release as well.

I didn't mind Friday the 13th until I "beat" Jason, which took F'n forever, to only have him not die.  Never could figure it out.  Finally looked up a guide once the Internet took off and read it.  I said F that!  That is messed up!  Remember back before the internet how a lot of games had those moments where you go how the heck are you supposed to know you had to do that?

Yet more proof that, sooner or later, the internet ruins everything for everyone.

T&C ruled.  A neighbor kid had that, and we used to play it a ton.  I'm partial to The Karate Kid, mostly because my best friend as a kid had that cart, and we played it quite a bit.  I'd admit that it's not a great game, but I don't think it's as completely terrible as most people say it is.  It's totally playable, despite a few issues, and controls well enough.

I have not posted in a while(years), but earlier this year my NTSC-U SNES collection finally reached 250 games.  I've been pushing on since then and am currently sitting at 255 games, though with more on the way soon.

Congrats Ack.  Come around more often!

Nice Zag.  So that's what, 5% of the ps2 library?  It's ridiculous how many games that console crapped out.

Nice Zag.  So that's what, 5% of the ps2 library?  It's ridiculous how many games that console crapped out.

Considering the fact that the PS2 is the best-selling home console of all time, it should come as no surprise that there were so many games made for it.

And in case you care, my PS2 game collection is well on its way to hitting 300 full titles-- no demos or software designated a "non-game"-- by the end of the year. My PS1 stack is a distant second, with a little under 200 titles, which I'll likely reach by the end of the year as well. My XBox game stack might hit two-hundy by that time as well, you never know.

But when it happens, you'll read it here first.

A few other collections of mine that are likely to join the three-figure club before the New Year:

- North American PSP: 2 away

- Wii: 9 away

   - North American Wii: 10 away

- GameCube: 10 away

- Game Boy Advance: 12 away

  - North American GBA: 18 away (a long shot)

I'm also 24 away from having 2500 unique pieces in my collection.

Needless to say, I have a lot to look forward to.

I just finished off my last realistic goal for 2014 and hit 100 Wii games.  The only goal that I set that I still haven't reached, and probably won't this year is finish off my 32x collection.  I had a nice little stockpile of cash saved up for it, but then I remembered I'm an adult that had some bills in dire need of paying and I couldn't justify sitting on it anymore.  I might be able to get it in a few months, but not before the end of the year.
