De wereld is een zeer chaotische en verloren plaats geworden sinds de tragische dood van Fame Douglas, de sponsor van het legendarische 'Dead or Alive 1 World Combat Championship'. We moeten nu op jou vertrouwen om de aarde terug tot een vredevolle plaats te krijgen.
Met 12 karakters waaruit je kan kiezen is het je taak om het kampioenschap te winnen en de wereld te redden van de 'Tengu'ramp die zal plaatsvinden op het einde van de eeuw. Jouw mogelijkheid om met verschillende vechttechnieken te strijden zal de personages hun lot bepalen. Vecht je voor je leven of ga je liever dood?

Dead or Alive is back, and the boobs still shake and bounce with every step the girls take. Hilarious. Of course there are also men you can choose from (but who would want that?). There are 12 characters in total. The stages have several levels you can fight on.
