Game Trivia:
- Due to Taxman's very close resemblance to Pac-Man, Atari sued the game's developer, H.A.L. Labs (no relation to the Japanese developer HAL Laboratory). However, the case was settled out of court and Atari used the source code from Taxman to create their own port of Pac-Man for the Apple II.
