Game Trivia:
- One of two Toaplan shooters that was ported to the Genesis/Megadrive by Tengen.
- Grind Stormer actually has two games in one cartridge: Grind Stormer and V-Five.
- Both games are almost the same, but the power-up system in both games are totally different. The Grind Stormer power-up system is just like Salmander while the V-Fire power-up system is like Gradius.
