Followers of my blog who happened to read my post about independent developer Jamie Woodhouse last month surely know that I'm a fan of his game Qwak. I was lucky enough to get one of the GBA cartridges when they were available for sale, but they recently went out of print. Those of you who were bummed out that you missed it -- and especially those of you who badgered Jamie (you know who you are) -- this is your lucky day: the GBA Qwak ROM is now officially available for any price you wish do donate. This was a bit of a surprise, and who knows how long it'll last, so scoop it up post haste at http://qwak.co.uk/pages/gba/buy.php before it's too late!

That's awesome. But having an actual cartridge is much nicer than just a ROM. How much do they charge for the game?

@Sirgin: it's any price you want to donate.

Carts were onsale a few years ago apparently until relatively recently.

I thought he had gotten rid of the GBA releases well over a year ago and just moved to the Mac/PC dloadable game.

I bought 2 carts(about 6 months apart) and i believe they were ~20Euro(maybe it was pounds...) at the time. If your terribly interested i still have both of them in their bubblemailers which should have the value declared on them.

I bought my cart in like November 2009 or so.

I just came across one of mine shipped early Oct 07. I want to say he started selling at the beginning of 07 end of 06. But i am not sure... :-/
