2018 was another good year for gaming, with a lot of big, highly anticipated released like Red Dead 2, God of War, and Spider-man... none of which I was interested in playing. Here are my favorites of the year; they're mostly smaller, less well-known games, but all of them are excellent!

I saw this come up in my YT feed, but hadn't watched it yet. Great stuff, Pam! Always enjoy your videos, and the perspective you bring, as well as how you always introduce me to games I hadn't heard of, or didn't know much about. I've heard good things about Frost Punk, and that looks like one I might enjoy. Vampyr is also intriguing.

I haven't played any of these, but they definitely look interesting. Never heard of The Hex, but I'd heard great things about Return of the Obra Dinn. I'll be checking them both out soon. Thanks for the list!

@MetalFRO: Thanks MetalFro, I'm always excited to introduce people to games they might not be familiar with.

@zophar53: I almost missed out on The Hex completely, Jim Sterling is the only person I heard mention it last year.
