Overview:
From the back of the box: Bubble Bubble and Rainbow Islands, two irresistable arcade classics are back! Crush, burst, blast and blow bubbles, solve mazes and defeat the enemies across 125 levels of mindboggling, rainbow-rocking gameplay... because they don't make them like they used to!
Taito re-released 2 10 year old games and sold them for full price. I guess they gave Nintendo the idea. In Taito's defense: They did enhance Rainbow Islands; it looks slightly prettier now.
In bubble bobble you're a dragon that has to catch enemies with bubbles, once they are caught, you can jump on them and they'll go away, leaving a piece of fruit. In Rainbow Islands you have to work yourself up a bunch of platforms by shooting rainbows and walking up on them. With the same rainbows you can kill vermin that's walking around.
