Yesterday morning about 4 hours after i was complaining that it was 70$s well spent on application fees.
They said they would call us back after Xmas before the new year. Needless to say we weren't holding out much hope when the new year rolled around and almost a week passed.
But they said yesterday it was ready for us to start moving in. Soon as i go pick up the keys the lease starts and rent is due.
