Hello Friends,

It has been a very long time since I made a blog entry.  I had the old library of blog posts deleted out in a way to start a new.  To my long time friends on here, you would know me from my time running the OG YouTube Channel, the Lancaster City Dragonrats, which ran from 2007-2011.  It had a great following, and I absolutely loved making content on that channel.  Sadly, the channel was forced to go off line in 2011 due to a conflict of interest from a corporation I was working for at the time and was faced with an ultimatum, close the channel when it was in its zenith, or risk losing my job, and since I was not making revenue on that channel, and the job was my only means of making income for my household, I had to let it go.  I left that company for good in 2014 after coming back from working for a Japanese media corporation in 2013 (Loved That Job BTW!), and ever since I wanted to resurrect the Lancaster City Dragonrats YouTube Channel, while expanding it further.  The channel was known for gameplay videos, system reviews, and just good ol' fun that most seemed to enjoy.  On August 31, 2025, I will be making a return after 14 years away on YouTube and Patreon.  I also run the Sony PlayStation 1 Sanctuary & Museum Patreon Page, which has been around since 2021.  After the physical museum closed in 2020 due to the pandemic, and the virtual museum was very odd to operate, I decided to go to Patreon and it has gone fairly decent.  It was also for a time on a Facebook Group, which grew stale, and also did the YouTube thing, but was poisoned by holligans and the sort so I made it Patreon only with consistent content like Pickups Videos (which have been made since January 2016 on a near weekly basis), Podcast Series once a month since 2021, and many other series.  I will post some links to where you can see my content currently.  Pleaes remember the Lancaster City Dragonrats stuff will not start coming out until August 31, 2025 so if you look at it beforehand and wonder why it's empty, that is why.  The Patreon Pages for both groups have exclusive content and have been liked by the members who help get more content made with the revenue that is made to get more software and hardware.  All revenue made on those two Patreon pages go fully back and then some to those channels, no money ever gets spent on anything outside of that as I work full-time to provide food on the table, a roof over my family's head, etc.  It is also 100% devoid of sponsors and all that other crap.  If you are a fan of Discord, I have that too.  Outside of Patreon, YouTube (Lancaster City Dragonrats), Discord, BlueSky, & Retrolike (where I write articles for the Netherlands-based retro gaming website) I run no other sites anywhere else, so if you see it elsewhere it is not from me.  I hope to see some of the old timers there, and I promise you the content will be worth your time if you allow me to grow my wings once again in the wonderful spaces of our great love of gaming!
