Price wasn't bad I would say low to middle of ebay prices. The only game I didnt really like was Spike.

Yeah, Spike isn't the greatest. Out of the remaining licensed games that you don't currently own, I'd recommend Star Castle, Pole Position, Rip Off, and Cosmic Chasm (the former two are a little pricey, but imo worth it). A very good (and cheap) homebrew is Space Frenzy from Classic Game Creations.

What's a fair price for a Vectrex? The store closest to me is selling one in box (idk if it has any manuals or styrofoam) for $299.

The price has really gone up on these lately, but it seems that most systems with one controller run about $150 - $200 loose. The one at my local store sold for $175 a few months ago. Taking this into consideration, $299 is not a steal, but not a bad price for one CIB. If you have the box, system, and styrofoam, I wouldn't worry too much about the paperwork, since it's not hard to come by fairly cheap. Be sure to see if it has the Minestorm overlay, but again, if not, those sell for about $10 or so. Does your store haggle any? If so, try to offer $250 or $275.

Not sure if they haggle, but I'm sure going to try. It's a Play-N-Trade. The piece of paper they used for a sign also said "includes one game", but I'm 99% sure they mean Minestorm.
I just wanted to see if it was a good deal. If it was, I'd jump on it. I'd love a Vectrex, but I have bigger fish to fry first. If I can find a cheap one, I'm all for it. I don't really need the box for $100

I would bet that it might come with an additional game. Unless they are really up on their systems, most retailers probably don't know that there is a game built in. It would be worth asking, since something like a Pole Position, Polar Rescue, or Star Castle (the more expensive licensed titles) would make that deal super sweeeeeet.

I got mine loose for 135. They where going to price it at 200 but they pulled the price from Amazon. I said loose on eBay they go for cheaper so they looked there and priced it at 150. I had a 10% off coupon and some store credit.

Scramble: 97,430
Bedlam: 93,225
Star Trek: 185,600
Mine Storm: 996,824 (obviously I have one of the later edition Vectrexes that goes well beyond level 13)

I would say carts like Gravitrex Plus (three games, one of them being huge for the Vectrex) and Vecmania (nine games) for only $20 plus shipping are definitely worth it, but right now they're on hold, due to the programmer trying to find someone to take over his business (he doesn't have time for it any more). And there were many very cheap ones, like Protector/Y*A*S*I, being great versions of Defender and Space Invaders, which is only $14 (same goes with Thrust, as that's very good, plus it also has a hidden bonus game), V-Frogger and Nebula Commander, a great original game with a ton of replay value (also $14, but I'm unsure the fate of those games due to the same guy closing up his shop for now, as I doubt whoever takes it over will sell them for that cheap. But who knows).
