While making it, the "bacon" smell seemed really familiar, but I couldn't place it at first. Then I realized why it was familiar. The dog has treats that have the exact same smell.
And for anyone curious, the mac & cheese is as terrible as you think.

I celebrated the anniversary with the wifey by making her tacos al pastor!  I love that woman but why is the white boy making mexican food for the latina?  Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Lord have mercy I love Tim Hortons! Surprisingly, I've only ever seen them in Afghanistan!  Cinnamon Timbits are pretty good, but not quite worth going back to that lovely place.
