I'm trying to find a program that will let me take several different PDF files, pull specific pages out of them, and put them in a specific order in an entirely new PDF. I'd like to be able to set up bookmarks for each page as well.

Any suggestions?

Nope but I do have an idea if bookmarks aren't 100% needed. I use a handy little utility called PrimoPDF. You can print to PDF easily from any program.

Just take screenshots of the stuff you want, copy them into an image or text file, and print to PDF. I use it to make printable PDF checklists with MS Word Wink
