I was on a similair forum for Darkwatch some of you might remember. That was the one i got the sweet promotial metal badge and T-Shirt from... anyways.
Frame City Killer is going to be one of the 360 launch titles.
It is being made by Namco and has one hell of a story line.
In 2008 a civil war has broken out in China between Shanghai and Beijingand the world powers created the Allies to supress it (think Vietnam but with the world and not just us and the war actually ends). After a few months and countless casualties the war has ended.
There is an economic collapse starting in china and asia and spreading thru the world.
Fast foreward through the story line to 2030 years because i don't feel like typing it all.
Frame City is the new technological hub of the world. It was there that Visual Frame(a real technology that is in developement now) was perfected and allowed for much easier transportation of ideas and money. This essentially becomes the new version of TV and Internet and has permiated the entire world and is everyhwere.
There was also a developement of a new "drug" called visual acid. Someone discovered that by bombarding people with certain images to give them a euphoric sensation. This was quickly made illegal as it killed people who used it. That makes it a hot commodety on the black market and all but eliminates the use of other illegal drugs.
You play as Crow a hired hitman of sorts. He works for an organization trying to take out a terrorist only known as Kahn who is going to use the Visual Frames that are all over the planet to distribute his version of Visual Acid that would severly shock and destroy peoples brains (think brainwashing).
This is Kahns way of getting back at the Allies(remember that war almost 40 years ago) becaue when he was a young boy growing up he witnessed a Allied soldier shoot his unarmed innocent parents to death and laughed about it.
I know some people have been saying there is really no "killer app" for 360 i really think this could be it.
