Lotsa great games in there Crabby.  Magic Sword is a generic tower climber but is so satisfying.  I'd be interested to know what GunForce is all about...

I had to go back to Sears. I'm glad I did since these were the last copies.

Black Friday deals!  My nephew doesn't want these "lame old games" anymore, so I made a deal with my sister in exchange for some Christmas money so she can buy my nephew "cool new games".  I hope he regrets giving away his old games like I did.

Here's some fillers.  I might pick up Ghost Recon once or twice.

Nothing really special here either, but I needed to pad my PS3 collection.  These games double my collection to bring the grand total to 7.

Never played this Resident Evil game and frankly I've been turned of from the franchise for a long time.  But apparently this is a House of the Dead style arcade shooter so maybe I'll pop it in one of these days.  This is also the first Animal Crossing game I've owned.  I've never been a fan of the series so maybe one day I'll pop no I wont.

This is the second disc only copy of Double Dash I've found this year.  Is it just me or is the case really that hard to find?

Pokemans, another Animal Crossing game, and Bowser's Inside Story for good dealz.  Luigi's Mansion is just the case, but it was tossed in for free.  Can't say no to free.

Anyone else get dealzzzzzz?

The only Black Friday shopping I did (aside from stopping at my local comic and game shops) was at Dollar General.  I was hoping to pick up their exclusive versions of the Colecovision and Intellivision flashback consoles.

My local Dollar General has never had any of the Sega clone consoles, so I wasn't too hopeful.  To my great surprise, however, the 'Vision flashbacks were!  (Still no sign of any Sega clones, though.)  The surprises continued when I saw they were priced at $40, not $28.  Turns out, that was a Thanksgiving-exclusive price.

Still, I was happy to pick up the flashback.  As I drove home, I imagined drafting a bragging Small Scores post about my victory.  Perhaps I would magnanimously offer to pick up the remaining flashbacks if other boardies couldn't find them.  Truly, it would have been glorious.

Then I checked Dollar General's website.  There, you can order the 'Vision flashbacks for $40 all day everyday.  Free shipping for Cyber Monday.

Ah, well.  Easy come, easy go.

This is a rather rare Swap Force Trap Shadow variant figure, with bronze top half and silver bottom half. Valued at around $125-$200 on eBay, I picked it up at the Target near my workplace for $10 plus tax. Whattaya think of THAT, huh, Shadz?  Who's the ultimate Portal Master now, huh? Huh?! Oh, sorry, I can't hear you conceding defeat over the deafening roar of my sheer awesomeness...

Are you going to flip it to buy more Amiibos, JUDAS???  grrr

Well if that's the way you're gonna be, don't read this post any further, just scroll on down to the next one.

Okay, now that Mr. Butthurt is gone, let's get things rolling. Yesterday, for about $15, I picked up the following:

Been looking for a mint complete copy of Sonic Adventure Limited Edition for years and finally came across one online at a hefty but fair price. In similar vein to that of Clay Fighters Sculptors Cut this game was only available for rental. Two months prior to the North American release of the Dreamcast you could rent out a Dreamcast with this game through the rental chain Hollywood Video. This game is a real pain in the ass to find complete especially without writing or stickers on it from Hollywood video. Anyways, a great rarity to add to my Sonic collection.  Grin

Sorry haven't posted in here in a while. Been super busy. Quit one job and started a new one seasonal at Costco. I'm still working at the video game store though.

Ok so I drove to the state over in Mass took me around 3hr round trip but I came home with this bad boy for FREE. It was posted up on Craigslist for $10. Someone put it up on a Facebook game group I'm in. No one contacted the lady so I did. She ended up giving it to me because I had to drive so far.

You must have a lot of time to waste...

@Russ: I think that might be the TV that Bil talks about having all the time. Maybe he'll chime in.

It's not a waste! Ha, was it you guys who mentioned it? I listen to so many podcasts they sometimes blend together.

I understand that "Limited Edition" was actually just the Japanese version of the game. I may or may not have learned that from Duke and/or Bil.
