You know what, the 360 is already red-ringed, and you have yourself another one.  Why not use the first 360 as a learning tool to correct the red-ring issue.  Since it isn't under warranty any more, you have nothing to lose really.  I bought one that came red-ringed and followed the instructions at llamma(dot)com.  That 360 is working like a charm now.  You might have to get a few things like thermal paste and few tools but it's worth the effort.  And there are plenty of YouTube videos showing how to do this.
It's a thought, right?

Maybe he made sergeant? Stopped working as a guard/parole officer for pornstars whose names he could not disclose?
