You know the biggest problem with dieting is you dont get enough to eat and you have to eat things that are good for you

Suck it up and get over it.
Dieting itself doesn't do much unless you exercise. If you get enough exercise you can eat whatever you want.

Damn straight, If you act like a kung fu master monkey, one that's just been pumped full of coffee and adrenaline, and do so all day long, you'll stay/get skinny for sure.

I've managed to successfully wean myself off the soda. and that's been helping. but damn there's still some tasty snacks and fast food that are hard to stay away from.

I have dropped 7 lbs the last few weeks but I'm at the threshhold that I get stuck at. 249/250. this is the weight that I start to waiver up and down at. If I can keep it under 250 i know I can continue to drop from there.

Dieting is bad for you.

Changing your diet is good.

that's really all I'm doing. I could never do any of those crazy diets like atkins. we're doing Weight Watchers which is basically just adjusting your portions and calorie intake based on your current weight. you don't really cut anything out, just the amounts.

I cut out the soda because at 170 calories a can that was a big slice of my allotted calories for the day. and I used to drink 3 or 4 cans a day. so dropping tha was huge.

Yea Weight Watchers is one of the best ones out there for you.
Because it doesn't cut anything out of a diet and it rewards you for things you do.

You can bank a certain amount of points if you don't use all of yours and you can gain points for doing various types of physical activity.

My aunt lost 75+pounds(it might be 95+) on it and my mom lost around 45(i think).
Both look much better and are almost in their "proper" height to weight ratio.

I've had my fair share of cats and ponds, but that is a different story all together.
