I fully aprove of dutch companies selling products in foreign countries. I also think it looks mighty cool. Prettty big too. Did it used to hang outside or inside?

It is an indoor sign without a doubt

It has holes for hanging on a wall, and probably used to hang in the window of a prvate club or bar. I shall hang it on the wall behind my JAMMA cabinet eventually.
