Just wanted to point out that when I went to review the draft, I had to blink a few times due to the title and this unassociated comment from 5 years ago that showed up in the draft comments:

Pretty cool.
I wasn't expecting anyone to make their own blog about it though lol

@Shadow Kisuragi: Now that's foreshadowing!

Wow, I forgot how funny this was. Thanks again for having me. I could talk about this stuff all day.

Great show guys.  I am not in the market at the moment for arcades due to the Military moving me all around but it was still a great show.  I recently purchased about 2000 platic protective sleeves for my game collection and while putting them on the games I am taking the time to remove all the stickers and such left on the cases over the years.  As you cant ell this is very time consuming so the show was a great change of pace to the music I have been listening to while doing this project.  I have a little over 20 hours into the project and not done yet so today i am gonna back track to episode 21 because I think I missed it.  Once again, great work on the show and keep at it.  I don't always comment and I am sure alot of other people pass up on leaving some love but we all appreciate the time you dedicate to this podcast.

@Tadpole13: Thanks a lot Tadpole. I'm glad that we can keep you company while taking good care of your game collection. The positive feedback really does mean a lot.

BTW, that is a crazy amount of sleeves and cleaning to do. Sounds like fun!

Yea it is a huge project.  But I am happy with how it is looking so far.  I think I might make a blog in reguards to it when I am done.  Showing how it looks and such. Smiley

Great episode, guys.  Got to be one of my favorites.  Based on the podcast title and description, I had two (very) different views of how things would pan out.  It was a great listen all the way through.  The memories evoked at the end discussion...  wow.  Took me back to a time when scouring the streets for returnable bottles was my entertainment life (until my parents bought me an NES in 1989, that is).  All those arcades...  Mainstreet Arcade, Piccadilly Circus, Insert Coin, Little Caeser's Pizzeria, The Red Baron, Baskettron, all those mini-arcades inside laundry-mats and 7-11 stores.  That long wall of cabs inside Skateland West (I'd pay to get in Saturday night just to play the games).  Man, those were great times.
