The Godfather:  The Coppola Restoration (Blu-Ray) - (1972) - A++

Reason for score -- a true classic....

Confessions Of A Shopaholic - (2009) - B+

Reason for score -- as a romantic comedy, it was pretty funny....mindless, but funny....my fiancee wanted to see it, so i took her....she liked it...

The Godfather Part II:  The Coppola Restoration (Blu-Ray) - (1974) - B+

Reason for score -- great movie, but no where near as good as the first....

Since the last chick flick we saw in theaters was P.S. i love you she picked this.

Anyways i have to agree it wasnt bad. It went thru at a good clip and wasnt over the top romanticism. There was even a prince of persia ad in it.

The Age Of The Medici:  Rossellini's History Films:  Renaissance And Enlightenment:  Eclipse Series 14:  The Criterion Collection - (1972) - A-

Reason for score -- long, slightly dry, but a good story, and, for an Eclipse release, the image quality was beautiful....this film truly stood up, quality wise, to the test of time...
