A racing game based on the Australian soap opera Neighbours. There were actual characters played by International pop diva Kylie Minogue and Hollywood actor Guy Pearce.

Good video! I hadn't heard of "It's Only Rock and Roll" as a game before, though Xonox definitely published a few oddities back in the day. It's hard to say what the strangest game I've played is. Probably something from my childhood, as I have played a lot of quirky early PC shareware. I just can't think of a particular example right now.
