Well, you could just use the database here. Go to the database search page, select the Sega Saturn, hold down the Crtl key and select Sony Playstation. Leave everything blank and select 'software' (just to get a smaller search). On the results page, click the title column, it sorts it by the game's name and then it's just a matter of looking for ones with the same name and a different console.

I don't think there is one. I tried to Google it, but the main thing that came up was "Is the PS3 the next Sega Saturn".

I have a bit of knowledge of both systems so off the top of my head.

3D Lemmings
Actua Golf
Alien Trilogy
Area 51
Blam! Machinehead
Command & Conquer
Contra
Croc Legend of the Gobbos
D
Destruction Derby
Die Hard Trilogy
Duke Nukem 3D
Gex
Hardcore 4x4
Hexen
Independence Day
The King of Fighters 95
Krazy Ivan
Loaded
Madden '97
Madden '98
Magic Carpet
Mighty Hits
Mortal Kombat Trilogy
Myst
Nascar '98
NBA Live '97
NBA Live '98
The Need for Speed
NHL '97
NHL '98
Pandemonium!
PGA Tour '97
Rayman
Resident Evil
Revolution X
Road Rash
Robo Pit
Shockwave Assault
Soviet Strike
Space Hulk
Space Jam
Street Fighter The Movie
Swagman
Tomb Raider
Trash it
Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3
Warcraft 2
Wipeout
Wipeout 2097
Worms
WWF in Your House
WWF Wrestlemania
X-Men Children of the Atom
X-Men vs. Street Fighter
Z

There is no doubt more but you will probably have to use the above method to track them down, or just do a search of each Saturn game and see if there is a Playstation counterpart. This list will hopefully get you going though and save you having to search a lot of them.

Stop being lazy and search for the info. To me the search is half the fun.

Akumajo Dracula X: Gekka no Yasoukyoku (enahnced/flawed port of Symphony of the Night)
Alone in the Dark 2 / Alone in the Dark: One-Eyed Jack's Revenge
Baroque
Battle Arena Toshinden Remix (I think it's a port of part 1, but I am not too sure)
Blazing Dragons
Courier Crisis
Crusader: No Remorse
Crypt Killer
Cyberia
Darius Gaiden
Dead or Alive
Discworld II
DoDonPachi
DonPachi
Doom
Dragon Ball Z: Idainaru Dragon Ball Densetsu
Dragon Heart: Fire & Steel
Earthworm Jim 2

Langrisser I & II (as Langrisser Dramatic Edition)

Legend of Heroes I & II
Lunar: The Silver Star Story
Lunar II: Eternal Blue
Marvel Super Heroes
Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter
Mega Man 8
Mega Man X3
Mega Man X4
Metal Slug (though apparently not as flawed as the PSX port)
Noel 3: Mission on the Line
Primal Rage
Princess Maker: Yumemiru Yosei
PuLiRuLa
Rise 2: Resurrection
Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV
Romance of the Three Kingdoms V / San Goku Shi V

And most importantly: Grandia, without a doubt one of the most memorable and important RPGs of all time, and of my personal favourites.

Although claiming laziness while ON the Internet is a blasphemous offense with so many resources at your finger tips WHILE sitting on your ass, I'll let it slide for now. Here's the link to the RF Generation database:

http://www.rfgeneration.com/cgi-bin/search.pl

When you hit "search," just copy + paste each line to a document file or spreadsheet. Go through each page doing this, and if you're using a spreadsheet application you can just remove the columns you don't want.

If you still have a phobia...
http://digitpress.slashbunny.com/

Select a console or multiple ones, any attributes you want and let it generate a PDF. Save, print, or whatever you want to do. It's a dynamic list builder, can't guarantee everything you want will be listed though. Most databases lack some import games and few games are just overlooked.

When you say versus are you compiling a list of each system and taking their intersecting subset of games, making one master "port" list? If that's the case then good luck, don't know of any place that has that kind of list. However, there are a lot of comparison threads and reviews out there in regards to "what's the best port?"

I guess yea... I never looked at it as mostly ports. I'm just comparing the cross platform games I.E. Myst (I know it's a PC port) and comparing the saturn version to  (X) consoles version. I am kinda in over my head with Saturn vs. PSX. thats why I'm doing  some others  (lower amount of games) while working on the SAT vs. PSX list. Next is 3DO

Here's a list of games that were better on the Saturn than on the Playstation:

Ouch! Too bad every 2D game aside In The Hunt (Castelvania uses a 3D engine) plus Robo Pit, Dead or Alive, and Duke Nukem 3D were better on Saturn.
